In an additional post at 20:17 UTC, Sherrill emphasized the state’s readiness to expand its role in nuclear power generation. She wrote, “New Jersey is uniquely positioned to lead on nuclear power. We have the infrastructure, the workforce, the innovators, the experience. And the potential benefits are huge. That’s why, today, I signed legislation to lift a decades-old moratorium on nuclear power and announced”.
