She argued that the bill failed to advance accountability for funders of terrorism while potentially enabling misuse of governmental power against nonprofits disliked by former President Trump: “Today, I again voted against H.R. 9495…it would allow Trump to harass nonprofits and effectively shut down groups he doesn’t like…”
