On Sunday, Feb. 16, former West Orange High School standout Curtis Battle’s current college team, the Coppin State Eagles, lost 18-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Iona Gaels.

The game took place at Joe Cannon Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Gaels this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. at Terwilliger Brothers Field at Max Bishop Stadium against Navy Midshipmen.
