We made history this weekend.
Hundreds of NJEA members from across our state convened for NJEA’s first-ever NJEA Members of Color Empowerment Conference. By intentionally including and lifting ALL educators’ voices, we’re building a stronger union that more accurately represents the experiences, perspectives, and ideas of every NJEA member.
And in doing so, we ensure our union upholds the diverse values that keep New Jersey’s schools the best in the nation.
