The average cost of diesel in cities within Essex County was $3.97 per gallon.

The average price of diesel in New Jersey was $3.78, compared to $3.83 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
